Today I put that knowledge to work for self-funded employers who want to better understand their healthcare spending, identify opportunities for savings, and make informed decisions that support their people and their business.

Healthcare costs continue to rise, and both employers and employees feel the impact. From payroll and income taxes funding Medicare and Medicaid, to premiums and deductibles climbing year after year, these place growing pressure on business budgets and household finances alike. Every additional dollar spent on health benefits is a dollar that can’t be invested in developing people or funding innovation to improve economic health.
